Main Room: Ramshackle

Every Friday at the Carling Academy Birmingham, Ramshackle’s brand new residents, DJ Dan, Dave Remix, Geck, Dan Mellins and Matt Noir present the UK’s biggest indie rock n’roll party! Ramshackle’s residents have DJed in New York, Ibiza, at the Reading Festival and at after show parties for Oasis!

The legendary Ramshackle has also played host to some very special guest DJs including none other than The Arctric Monkeys, Kasabian, Zane Lowe, The Kaiser Chiefs, Carl Barat, Snow Patrol, Editors, Bloc Party and The Subways. What’s more Ramshackle regularly features exclusive album launch parties for some of the biggest releases, giving you a chance to hear tracks from the album before its official release while getting your hands on some special free giveaways, including t-shirts, CDs, posters and much more. Room Two: Digital Disco

Every Friday at the Carling Academy 2 Digital Disco, play the best electro, indie rave, beats and breaks with brand new resident DJs Uncle Buck and The Gash DJs.

Uncle Buck played to thousands of people at this years Glastonbury Festival on the dance stage. They will be squeezing their appearances at Digital Disco inbetween an impressive line up of international DJ dates including Manumission in Ibiza and support slots for the likes of Simian Mobile Disco and Zane Lowe. While The Gash DJs are Fresh from their residency at Ibiza Rocks and supporting 2 Many DJ's at Pacha!

Rooms Three & Four: Annex

Ramshackle’s brand new third and fourth rooms can be found in Annex. Located in The Bar Academy from midnight until 3:30am, entrance is only be through Ramshackle’s main room. Upstairs at Annex on rotation are classic films, from Pulp Fiction to James Bond, indie karaoke and a live pianist playing classic indie tracks! While downstairs at Annex you can hear alternative chill out while you play on the pool tables.
